  • Grip Tech 2.25mm
Grip Tech 2.25mm refers to Arbor's unique edge technology that adds extra contact points under your heel and toe. On the Draft Snowboard, this means you get a more direct and ergonomic connection to the snow, which really boosts edge hold—especially on hardpack or icy conditions. The "2.25mm" just indicates the size of those contact points, giving you a solid balance of grip and a smooth, catch-free ride. It's a big part of what makes the Draft so confidence-inspiring for park, street, and resort riding.
  • Biax Glassing
Biax Glassing refers to the type of fiberglass layup used in the construction of the Draft Snowboard. Specifically, it means the board uses layers of fiberglass woven in two directions (0° and 90° angles). This construction provides a softer, more forgiving flex, making the board easier to press and butter—perfect for park, street, and freestyle riding. It also helps with learning and progression, as it's less stiff and more playful compared to triax or mixed glassing. If you're looking for a board that's fun and easy to maneuver, Biax Glassing is a great feature.
  • 360º Fully Wrapped Sidewalls
360º Fully Wrapped Sidewalls is a construction feature on the Arbor Draft Snowboard (and many of our boards). It means the sidewall material wraps completely around the entire perimeter of the board, connecting tip to tail. This design eliminates the need for tip fill and ties the whole snowboard together, which improves durability, increases impact resistance, and helps the board maintain tight manufacturing tolerances for a longer lifespan. It's all about making your board tougher and more reliable, season after season.
  • Highland Core
The Highland Core is one of our most versatile wood cores at Arbor. It's constructed with a blend of poplar and paulownia wood, typically in a 1:2 ratio. This combo gives you a lightweight board with great durability, reliable return, and solid performance across a range of conditions. The Highland Core is designed to balance strength and weight, making it a great choice for riders who want a responsive yet durable board.
  • Extruded Base
An extruded base is a type of snowboard base material that's made by pressing polyethylene pellets through a machine to form a solid sheet. On the Metal Machine Decon, the extruded base is durable, easy to repair, and requires less maintenance than a sintered base. While it's not as fast as sintered bases, it's perfect for park and street riding where durability and ease of upkeep matter most. It's a great choice if you want a board that's tough and low-maintenance.
Shape: True Twin.
The board outlines identical tip and tail dimensions, zero taper, and a 0 cm setback stance. This symmetrical layout guarantees the board handles, spins, and lands switch exactly the same as it does riding forward.

Profile: System Rocker (Parabolic Rocker).
A progressive rocker arc peaks between your feet and gradually eases off toward the tips. This keeps the contact points lifted slightly off the snow, creating a highly maneuverable, surfy, and catch-free ride.
