We've ingeniously interwoven carbon additives directly into our HOLYSHEET™ fiberglass, leading to a substantial enhancement in precision during layup and a notable reduction in weight.
3d Thermopolymer Starship Core™
Utilizing an advanced electronic sorting system allows us to select mega-premium, reforestation certified, Poplar graded by weight and grain consistency. Comparable to Paulownia in strength to weight ratio, this core retains the poppiness of Poplar, and then achieves a signature feel by adding bonded post-consumer recycled Thermopolymer channels to form an advanced hybrid core. This mega-premium core will blast you into space and beyond.
Fortress™ Aramid Bound Sidewalls
With seven Transworld Good Wood Awards in six years for the D.O.A. series, it's clear that the performance and value of these boards are unmatched. FORTRESS™ ARAMID BOUND SIDEWALLS are bonded by a Aramid "S" wrap from the top of the sidewall to the underside of the core. This lightweight technology binds the sidewall and core material together like no other.
Hyperdrive™ / Adv Xt Base
Custom formulated and exclusive to The MotherShip, our engineers have worked tirelessly with the world's leading polyethylene running base supplier to create HYPERDRIVE™. With exceptional anti-friction properties due to high molecular mass and specialized processing aids, this sintered material has a proprietary composition and is beyond fast. Our loyal fans charge hard, and we have integrated the fastest, meanest base available. We have increased the thickness of our XT bases for enhanced durability.
The Mothership™ Connection NFC
In 2020, The Mothership became the first in the snowboard industry to introduce an NFC system in our snowboards. This chip enables precise tracking of each board's production journey, resulting in higher quality and reduced waste.
Beyond the production floor, we have taken NFC capabilities to the next level. Now, you can connect with your board by simply scanning it with your phone. This NFC interface enables you to register your snowboard, streamlining the customer service process and granting exclusive early access to new product information, drops, and CAPiTA team videos exclusively for NFC-registered users.

Shipping policy
In Store Pick Up is available; please choose which store you'd like to pick up from and select “Pick up” during checkout. Your order will be ready for pick up at the selected location by 5:00 pm the next business day. If you wish to have someone else pick up your order, please contact the store directly.

Expedited
Cost will vary based on destination and size of package; freight will be automatically calculated during checkout if you have selected this method. This is a 2 - 3 business day service to most destinations within Canada.
Within Canada, we ship with FedEx & Canada Post. US orders are shipped via UPS. We do ship to PO Boxes and General Delivery, however due to the increased risk we may require further information before processing the order. The customer assumes all responsibility for orders shipped to PO boxes or General Delivery.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email which includes tracking information. You may also inquire about your order by calling 1-800-316-7669, or emailing ordertracking@boardroomshop.com. Please note, it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear on the carrier’s website.
We want to ensure your new prized possession gets to you in perfect condition. All boards are shipped in a board sleeve, wrapped with packing paper, nose and tail bumpers, and are placed in an individual snowboard box. We are unable to set up your board before shipping due to shipping restraints.
International
The Boardroom extends International shipping services to countries outside Canada, however please note that certain manufacturers, namely Ride, Nike, and Never Summer, are not available for shipping outside Canada. Shipping cost for international orders is a flat rate of USD$30.
It's important to note that customers are solely responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, and fees that may apply. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information on potential charges. International orders are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return.
