El Camino Snowboard

Big Air : Don't Care. Built like a brick shithouse.

Product Overview +

Ready to launch off anything. And equal parts freight train and Formula 1 – are we describing Jared Elston or his new Arbor Pro Model snowboard? Actually… both. Embodiments of each other, the all-new El Camino is built to charge. Parabolic camber, slightly directional shaping, small Grip Tech contact points and a full real-wood topsheet – this board is spec-heavy to be airtime-light and an apex on-mountain predator.

Features +

Real Wood Powerply

Real Wood Powerply is one of our signature technologies at Arbor. It's a sustainably sourced wood topsheet that isn't just for looks—it actually acts like an extra layer of fiberglass, boosting the board's strength, durability, and responsiveness. The natural wood grain gives each board a unique style, but it also improves performance and reduces the need for synthetic materials. You'll find Real Wood Powerply on the El Camino Snowboard and many other boards in our lineup. It's a big part of what makes our boards ride and look the way they do.

Bio Resin

Bio-Resin is our more sustainable alternative to traditional petroleum-based resin. We use it in all our Powerplys and R.A.P. Topless Tech veneers, including on the El Camino Snowboard. The ingredients for Bio-Resin are sourced as co-products or waste from other industrial processes, and it's made using green chemistry techniques. This reduces the carbon footprint of the material by up to 40% compared to standard petroleum-based resin, all without sacrificing performance or durability. It's a key part of how we build high-quality boards while staying committed to sustainability.

Highland II Core

The Highland III Core is one of our premium wood cores, designed for high performance. It features the highest ratio of paulownia to poplar wood in our lineup, making it super lightweight without sacrificing durability or response. This core is all about delivering a lively, responsive ride while keeping the board light underfoot—perfect for riders who want quick edge-to-edge transitions and all-day energy on the mountain.

You'll find the Highland III Core in top-tier boards like the El Camino, where it helps balance freestyle playfulness with backcountry power. If you're looking for a core that's light, strong, and built for serious riding, Highland III is the way to go.

Double Carbon Stringers

Double Carbon Stringers are two carbon fiber strips that run from tip to tail inside the snowboard. On the El Camino, these add extra pop, snap, and landing durability. Basically, they make the board more responsive and powerful, especially when you're launching off jumps or riding at high speeds. This tech is perfect if you want a board that can handle aggressive riding and big airs, just like the El Camino is built for.

Sintered Base

The El Camino Snowboard features a sintered base. That means the base is made by compressing polyethylene pellets under high pressure, resulting in a denser, more durable, and faster surface compared to extruded bases. Sintered bases absorb wax better, so you'll get more speed and better glide—especially when you keep it waxed regularly. This is a great choice if you want top performance for big airs, charging hard, or riding in a variety of snow conditions.

Sidecut

The El Camino Snowboard uses a slightly directional shape, which means the sidecut is designed to favor riding in one direction—giving you more control and stability, especially at higher speeds or when carving. While the exact sidecut radius isn't specified, the board's design, combined with small Grip Tech contact points, helps deliver confident edge hold and smooth, responsive turns. This makes the El Camino a great choice if you want a board that feels locked in and powerful on edge, whether you're charging groomers or hitting natural features.

Parabolic Camber

The El Camino Snowboard features a parabolic camber profile. Camber means the board has a slight upward arch in the middle when laid flat, with contact points near the tip and tail. This design delivers powerful edge hold, pop, and stability—perfect for riders who want precision and control, especially at higher speeds or when launching off jumps. The El Camino's camber profile is ideal for intermediate to advanced riders looking to charge hard in both resort and backcountry terrain
