Cost will vary based on destination and size of package; freight will be automatically calculated during checkout if you have selected this method. This is a 2 - 3 business day service to most destinations within Canada.
Within Canada, we ship with FedEx & Canada Post. US orders are shipped via UPS. We do ship to PO Boxes and General Delivery, however due to the increased risk we may require further information before processing the order. The customer assumes all responsibility for orders shipped to PO boxes or General Delivery.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email which includes tracking information. You may also inquire about your order by calling 1-800-316-7669, or emailing ordertracking@boardroomshop.com. Please note, it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear on the carrier’s website.
We want to ensure your new prized possession gets to you in perfect condition. All boards are shipped in a board sleeve, wrapped with packing paper, nose and tail bumpers, and are placed in an individual snowboard box. We are unable to set up your board before shipping due to shipping restraints.
International
The Boardroom extends International shipping services to countries outside Canada, however please note that certain manufacturers, namely Ride, Nike, and Never Summer, are not available for shipping outside Canada. Shipping cost for international orders is a flat rate of USD$30.
It's important to note that customers are solely responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, and fees that may apply. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information on potential charges. International orders are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return.
To ensure a reliable and secure delivery, we partner with trusted international shipping carriers like UPS. Estimated delivery times for international shipments vary, typically ranging from 5-12 business days. Please be mindful that customs clearance procedures in the destination country may lead to unforeseen delays beyond our control.

The Highland Core in the Swoon Decon Snowboard is Arbor's most versatile wood core. It's made from a blend of poplar and paulownia wood in a 1:2 ratio, which keeps the board lightweight, durable, and responsive. It's a key reason the Swoon Decon feels lively yet stable underfoot. - Mixed Glassing
Mixed Glassing on the Swoon Decon Snowboard means we use a combination of triaxial and biaxial fiberglass layers in the board's construction. This layup gives you a versatile flex pattern—providing stability and edge hold for carving, but also enough play for freestyle moves and all-mountain versatility. It's designed to handle everything from groomers to side hits, making the board adaptable for a wide range of riding styles and conditions. - Bio-Resin
Bio-Resin is a more sustainable alternative to traditional petroleum-based resins used in snowboard construction. On the Swoon Decon Snowboard, we use Bio-Resin to bond the board's layers together. It's made from co-products or waste products of other industrial processes and manufactured using green chemistry techniques. This reduces the carbon footprint of the resin by up to 40% compared to conventional options, all without sacrificing performance or durability. It's one of the ways we keep our commitment to sustainability and quality. - Extruded Base
An extruded base, like the one on the Swoon Decon Snowboard, is made from a tough, user-friendly material that's lightweight and easy to maintain. Extruded bases are known for being durable and requiring less maintenance than sintered bases. They're also easier to repair if you get a scratch or ding. The board outlines a symmetrical tip and tail width with a 0 cm setback and zero taper. However, the nose is slightly longer than the tail. This unique pairing yields the float and forward-carving benefits of a directional shape, while still performing predictably when riding switch.
Profile: System Rocker (Parabolic Rocker).
The design applies a progressive rocker arc that peaks between your feet and gradually reduces toward the tip and tail. This profile allows the contact points to sit lightly off the snow for smooth, catch-free tracking.
