The Ride Smokescreen Snowboard brings freeriding to the people. Featuring a tapered directional shape inspired by the biggest and rowdiest big mountain boards in their lineup, but accompanied by a slightly mellower flex and more approachable price point, this board sits right in the sweet spot for many riders. Despite it's accessibility, Ride hasn't skimped out where it counts. The Smokescreen features the same camber-heavy profile, sintered base, and carbon reinforcement you'd find on any of Ride's highest end freeride boards, making this a perfect option for competent riders looking to expand their game to the highest peaks.

• Tapered Elliptical Progressive Sidecut – Designed exclusively for the Commissioner, this sidecut combines tight elliptical curvature at the tip and tail to provide low-speed initiation and response with a larger radial section between the feet for high-speed stability and tracking.
Core
• Performance™ Core – High strength Aspen is combined with Bamboo and lightweight Paulownia wood to provide the perfect balance of strong and light.
Laminates
• Double Impact Plates – Added underneath each binding area to improve compressive strength and prevent board breaks where it matters most. Offered in two levels, Single and Double.
• Carbon Array 3™ – This power distribution technology provides total board control in every stance location. Widespread carbon stringers placed at the binding zone gather input from any stance width and all pressure angles. Rider input is then channeled to the opposing contact point for maximum board control. Offered in two levels of technology, 3 & 5.
• Hybrid Glass – Triaxial on top, biaxial on base; balanced torsional flex and stiffness for better response with speed.
• Sidewalls
• Slimewalls® – RIDE’s exclusive Slimewalls® are forgiving and ductile, absorbing impacts rather than defending against them. Just like your skate wheels, the urethane in Slimewalls® smoothes the interaction with the snow, wood or metal surfaces you may ride on. On top of all that, these babies are virtually indestructible, the most durable sidewalls in snowboarding.
• Roll-In Construction – Unique 3D structure built around the urethane Slimewall® sidewalls. Designed to increase overall board strength, prevent topsheet chipping, and reduce weight.
Base
• Sintered, Stone Ground Base – High-end sintered 4000 Ptex base material that is more durable, harder and faster than extruded.
Topsheet
• Topless Construction – By transferring graphics directly to the fiberglass, Topless Construction removes the need to have any topsheet material. This process improves overall durability and reduces weight.

Expedited
Cost will vary based on destination and size of package; freight will be automatically calculated during checkout if you have selected this method. This is a 2 - 3 business day service to most destinations within Canada.
Within Canada, we ship with FedEx & Canada Post. US orders are shipped via UPS. We do ship to PO Boxes and General Delivery, however due to the increased risk we may require further information before processing the order. The customer assumes all responsibility for orders shipped to PO boxes or General Delivery.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email which includes tracking information. You may also inquire about your order by calling 1-800-316-7669, or emailing ordertracking@boardroomshop.com. Please note, it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear on the carrier’s website.
We want to ensure your new prized possession gets to you in perfect condition. All boards are shipped in a board sleeve, wrapped with packing paper, nose and tail bumpers, and are placed in an individual snowboard box. We are unable to set up your board before shipping due to shipping restraints.
International
The Boardroom extends International shipping services to countries outside Canada, however please note that certain manufacturers, namely Ride, Nike, and Never Summer, are not available for shipping outside Canada. Shipping cost for international orders is a flat rate of USD$30.
It's important to note that customers are solely responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, and fees that may apply. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information on potential charges. International orders are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return.
