We add width to the ski without extinguishing the slalom ski fire. The Women's Union shares the performance-forward design characteristics of its Vapor DNA. A lighter carbon layup than the men's version allows the ski to roll into the turn and drive across the wakes with less input from the rider. Easy out of the water, fast across the wakes. Who's up first?
Features
High-Speed Flow Line
The Union shape utilizes straight lines on its outline from the wide point through the tail. The lack of an outside radius increases waterflow efficiency, decreases drag and makes the Union incredibly fast and smooth from one side of the wakes to the other.
All-Terrain Core
This construction blends the strength of polyurethane with the natural response and dampening of Paulownia wood stringers. It absorbs chop well, providing a forgiving, smooth ride ideal for all-day fun and less-than-perfect water conditions.
Union Width
As the widest ski in Radar's lineup, the Union is designed for maximum stability and easy deep-water starts. The width generates incredible lift, requiring less effort from the skier and allowing for comfortable riding at lower, more relaxed speeds.
Women's-Specific Flex
The layup is optimized for female skiers, with a slightly softer flex that makes initiating turns effortless and building confidence on the water a breeze.
Full Bevel
A consistent, full-surface bevel design enhances stability and predictability, ensuring smooth edge-to-edge transitions.
True Feel Base
A base laminate and design that enhances the ski's connection to the water, providing reliable control and lift.
Enduro Tip & Tail
Durable ABS capping at the ski's ends ensures a cleaner water release and enhances the ski's longevity.
Bio Resin
An eco-friendly, plant-based composite bonding agent is used in the construction process.

In Store Pick Up is available; please choose which store you'd like to pick up from and select “Pick up” during checkout. Your order will be ready for pick up at the selected location by 5:00 pm the next business day. If you wish to have someone else pick up your order, please contact the store directly.

Expedited
Cost will vary based on destination and size of package; freight will be automatically calculated during checkout if you have selected this method. This is a 2 - 3 business day service to most destinations within Canada.
Within Canada, we ship with FedEx & Canada Post. US orders are shipped via UPS. We do ship to PO Boxes and General Delivery, however due to the increased risk we may require further information before processing the order. The customer assumes all responsibility for orders shipped to PO boxes or General Delivery.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email which includes tracking information. You may also inquire about your order by calling 1-800-316-7669, or emailing ordertracking@boardroomshop.com. Please note, it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear on the carrier’s website.
We want to ensure your new prized possession gets to you in perfect condition. All boards are shipped in a board sleeve, wrapped with packing paper, nose and tail bumpers, and are placed in an individual snowboard box. We are unable to set up your board before shipping due to shipping restraints.
International
The Boardroom extends International shipping services to countries outside Canada, however please note that certain manufacturers, namely Ride, Nike, and Never Summer, are not available for shipping outside Canada. Shipping cost for international orders is a flat rate of USD$30.
It's important to note that customers are solely responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, and fees that may apply. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information on potential charges. International orders are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return.
