In Store Pick Up is available; please choose which store you'd like to pick up from and select “Pick up” during checkout. Your order will be ready for pick up at the selected location by 5:00 pm the next business day. If you wish to have someone else pick up your order, please contact the store directly.

Cost will vary based on destination and size of package; freight will be automatically calculated during checkout if you have selected this method. This is a 2 - 3 business day service to most destinations within Canada.
Within Canada, we ship with FedEx & Canada Post. US orders are shipped via UPS. We do ship to PO Boxes and General Delivery, however due to the increased risk we may require further information before processing the order. The customer assumes all responsibility for orders shipped to PO boxes or General Delivery.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email which includes tracking information. You may also inquire about your order by calling 1-800-316-7669, or emailing ordertracking@boardroomshop.com. Please note, it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear on the carrier’s website.
We want to ensure your new prized possession gets to you in perfect condition. All boards are shipped in a board sleeve, wrapped with packing paper, nose and tail bumpers, and are placed in an individual snowboard box. We are unable to set up your board before shipping due to shipping restraints.
International
The Boardroom extends International shipping services to countries outside Canada, however please note that certain manufacturers, namely Ride, Nike, and Never Summer, are not available for shipping outside Canada. Shipping cost for international orders is a flat rate of USD$30.
It's important to note that customers are solely responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, and fees that may apply. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information on potential charges. International orders are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return.

Estimated delivery times for international shipments vary, typically ranging from 5-12 business days. The Evil Twin+ is Bataleon's most iconic freestyle snowboard with Bataleon’s most premium feature set. The Evil Twin+ is a true twin with a 3D tip and tail, designed to feel comfortable on medium-to-big terrain park lines. Okay, let’s get nerdy. It starts with the fastest base that money can buy, our race-grade Nano Speed S base, and then features our lightest weight core with AirRide™ technology. The core is then surrounded by a Tri-Ax laminate with our X-Ply Laminate - an Aramid diamond weave that increases torsional stiffness without adding extra weight.
Every snowboard in our collection features positive camber from tip to tail, and all 3BT™ models (99% of the collection) are paired with lifted contact points at the widest sections. This design minimizes the risk of edge catches while maintaining a lively, responsive feel. After years of research, experimentation, and testing, we've perfected the seamless integration of the snowboard's base with both the camber and sidecut radii.
The lightest core in our range, combined with our AirRide technology. Found exclusively on +Series snowboards, this core is built to be lightweight, snappy, dampening, and durable all at once. The fastest base money can buy, produced using race-grade ISO-SPORT 7000 P-tex. This is the same shit spandex-clad dudes have on their ski boards. No joke.
Our three-way fiberglass weave is light, strong and crazy responsive. We use this to beef up the flex pattern on our more aggressive boards.
Carbon is incredibly lightweight and delivers explosive pop, quick edge response and exceptional dampening at high speeds.
A single SuperTube™ down the middle of the board enhances pop without adding torsional stiffness to the board. Great for freestyle riding and jibbing.
This Kevlar-infused Diamond weave laminate increases the board's torsional stiffness without adding extra weight.
We’ve replaced classic ABS sidewalls with poured-in urethane (yes, the same material used for skateboard wheels) for stronger adhesion and better durability—plus a smoother, vibration-dampened feel underfoot.

Camber profiles are defined from low to high. Higher camber make for more dynamic boards that need to be ridden more aggressively to get maximum performance. Lower camber boards are smoother on lower speeds and in powder. All camber profiles run from nose to tail. higher is not always better...
