Product Description

Introducing the ARC series! Engineered with a wide noseto enhance the boards volume and float, this board also features a 7-meter sidecut, boosting agility in dense forests or demanding terrains. We're thrilled about this innovative series, crafted exclusively in Canada at the Wired Factory.

Materials

Top Sheet: Textured clear material. We do not add toxic lacquer for these boards.

Top Fibreglass: Triaxial fibreglass.

Inserts: Stainless Steel.

Sidewall: We use state of the art Urethane that runs the whole perimeter of the wood core for a perfect bond. Urethane is extremely damp and makes for a better overall ride.

Entropy Resins: Super SAP 305 - 305 is a USDA Certified BioPreferred® Product with 28% biobased content.

Woodcore: Full length wood core with birch, paulownia and Poplar Stringers.

Carbon Beams: We added 2 beams to help with strength while adding tail pop.

Bottom Fibreglass: Triaxial fibreglass.

Rubber Dampening: Rubber foil between the edge and fibreglass helps with bonding. It also helps with over all board chattering.

Edge: Rockwell 48.

Base Material: Sintered IS 7500. Super durable and fast base material. Sublimated artwork.
