Product Guarantees
and Warranties
All items we carry are warranted by the manufacturer
against manufacturing defects. In order to return product under
warranty you must call us at 1-800-316-7669 in order to obtain a
Return Authorization Number. We will also review your warranty claim
at this time to give you an idea whether your product will be replaced
or repaired under the manufacturers warranty.

Do I pay sales tax?
If you live in Canada you will pay GST (currently
5.0%) and if you live in British Columbia you will pay both GST
and PST (currently 7.0%) for a total of 12.0%. If you live outside
of Canada you will pay NO SALES TAXES.

How do I check on my
order?
You may inquire about your order by sending an

All of our prices are now in Canadian dollars. You may easily find out how much products cost in US dollars by going to a currency conversion calculator. Here is one for you to use: XE.com Personal Currency Assistant. All of our US shipments leave from our US warehouse in Blaine, Washington by domestic UPS or US priority mail delivery.
